House Soft Washing
Step 1: Preparation
Before beginning the house washing process, it is crucial to prepare the area. This includes removing any obstacles or items near the house, such as outdoor furniture, toys, or decorations. Covering delicate ringers to protect them from the cleaning solution. Additionally, closing windows and doors tightly can prevent water from seeping inside the house during the washing process.
Step 2: Application of Cleaning Solution
The next step involves applying a Sodium Hypochlorite (bleach) cleaning solution to the exterior of the house. The strength of cleaning solution will depend on the type of siding material and the level of dirt or grime present but is usually around 2% SH. Will rinse plants/vegetation with water before, during and after applying solution to avoid damage. Using softwash technology, the cleaning solution is evenly spread across the surface of the house.
Step 3: Rinse and Finish
After allowing the cleaning solution to dwell for the recommended time, the final step is to rinse off the solution along with the dirt and grime. Removing spider webs, shooting down wasp nest’s. Rinsing from the top down to ensure a comprehensive clean.
Concrete Cleaning
Step 1: Preparation
Before starting the pressure washing process, we clear the driveway of any obstacles such as cars, garden decorations, or debris. Blow the surface to remove loose dirt and leaves.
Step 2: Pressure Washing
Using a surface cleaner, removing dirt, moss, algae on the surface of the concrete. Rinsing while moving along to avoid dirt getting back into the concrete.
Step 3: Post Treatment
Roof Washing
After the pressure washing is complete, we will spray a sodium hypochlorite solution to eliminate any remaining organic growth that may be remaining in the pores of the concrete. This also eliminates striping, allowing concrete to remain cleaner longer.
